Our Ageless Dreams program was developed to seek out opportunities for our residents to fulfill life-long dreams.

One resident wanted to ride a camel, another one wanted to meet football legend Paul Hornung, and another one wanted to fly an airplane. All those dreams - and more - have come true thanks to the generosity of businesses, organizations and volunteers in our area.
At Apple Meadows Assisted Living , we pride ourselves on offering the best in services and care choices.
